This was more disturbing than scary but still good. The notes idea sort of reminded me of the audio diarys from bioshock. You should add checkpoints because it's very annoying when you die and have to start over.

Easy Long Musical Scary Story

Fun fact: Some Mental asylums actually did things like this by doing experiments and setting harsh conditions!
